On February 23, 2012 the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) hosted a Board of Commissioners meeting at the Jordan Downs public housing development. One of the topics of discussion included a request to enter into a 90-day negotiation for a Master Developer Agreement with The Michaels Development Company/Bridge Economic Development Corporation team as the Master Developer for the Jordan Downs redevelopment project.
