Jordan Downs

The Jordan Downs Community Advisory Committee (JDCAC), Block Captains, Motivated Mothers and residents from Jordan Downs participated in the 45th Annual Watts-Willowbrook Christmas Parade on December 4, 2010. The parade started at El Segundo Boulevard and Central Avenue, traveling north to 103rd Street. Hundreds of community residents and spectators lined the streets greeting and cheering the various bands, floats, and other parade participants.

The JDCAC, Block Captains and Motivated Mothers provided information on the redevelopment and gave away Watts is Worth It t-shirts to the crowd. This was another way to share updates with the greater Watts community!
