Through the redevelopment of Jordan Downs, HACLA plans to integrate a comprehensive health, wellness and prevention orientation throughout the physical plan and human capital programming. Taking a multi-disciplinary approach, this overall design merges the social and physical needs of the development. The Human Capital Plan also aims to identify all entities that will increase the quality of life of Jordan Downs residents and make those resources more accessible.
