Going to an Interview
Congratulations! You landed a job interview. Now, it is time to prepare for the interview.
Before the Interview:

Learn more about the organization/company

Learn more about the job description, qualifications and skills

Practice your answers to the generic questions (click here for potential questions)

Be ready to give examples from previous experiences when answering questions. Be specific.
On the Day of:

Don’t be late! Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early. It’s always a good idea to go to the interview location the day before if you are not familiar with the area.

Be courteous to all! Greet everyone.

Do not chew gum, do not put your hands in your pockets or cross them during the interview.

Make sure you bring your resume, cover letter and application. Plan to have enough copies for all interviewers.
Dress Code:

Always dress professionally for an interview.

Men should wear a suit and a tie.

Women should wear a suit jacket with pants or a skirt.
